Stainless Steel Food Powder Double Cone W type Rotary Drum Mixer
Principle and structure:
One end of the machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the W-shaped barrel through a coupling. Make the W-shaped barrel run continuously to drive the materials in the barrel to mix up, down, left and right in the barrel.
Features
1. This machine is used for mixing dry powdery and granular materials with good fluidity;
2. Composed of asymmetric cylinder, the material can flow in vertical and horizontal directions, and the mixing uniformity is high;
3. This machine can use vacuum suction, work in a sealed state, no internal transmission mechanism, clean, hygienic, no dead ends, and meet GMP requirements.
4. The mixing drum can be tilted at any angle, efficient mixing, and high mixing uniformity.
