A: We are 100% manufacturer.We have been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2008. Inventor and patents owner of

2.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Advance 30% by T/T, and balance 70% will be paid before delivery. Other payment method like L/C, WU, welcome to talk with us.
3.Q: What kind of trade terms can you do?
A: EX-work, FOB, CFR, CIF,DDU, DDP etc.
4.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 7-20 work days. We keep some accessories in stock, and assemble them when you place an order, full
container in 10-15 days.
5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Sure, samples are available.
We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order. For loyal customer we’ve worked with, we will give some free
sample which hot sell in local market.
6.Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, OEM ODM OBM are acceptable. We can build the molds by your sample or technical drawings.
7.Q: What’s the Minimum quantity of an order?
A: About 20-200pieces, it depends on different caster products. Different models can be mixed in one order.
