High Transparent Liquid Silicone Rubber

Application:
◆ Baby products (pacifiers, feeding bottles, suction nozzles)
◆ Swimming series (swimming goggles, headband)
◆ A series of products with high transparency requirements
Instructions:
Suitable for liquid injection machine injection molding
①Weigh the material according to the proportion of HN-6615A: KN-6615B = 1:1, mix and stir evenly (use up within 4 hours after
mixing);
②Degas the colloidal mixture evenly mixed under vacuum, and then inject the colloid into the cavity;
③ After heating at 130℃ for 3-5min, it will be cured into silicone elastomer.

Precautions:

environment;
2. Avoid contact with organic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metals As/Pb/Sn and Bi, otherwise it
will cause poor colloid curing.
