1. Main material: Door frame and door leaf use the high quality cold rolled galvanized steel plate, the double-side hot galvanizing treatment.The thickness of the frame plate is ≥ 1.5mm the thickness of door leaf is ≥1.0mm.The plate hardness is ≥ 42. Bottom frame use stainless steel mterial.
2. Door frame: double airtight groove inside Door frame, which should be installed with sealing strip which is made of non-combustible material.The door frame is reinforced with galvanized steel plate with thickness ≥1.5mm.
3. Door leaf thickness

50 mm, internal configuration to strengthen steel keel, four corners with enhanced, fills in pearlite or rock wool, door leaf fixed by rivet, the door leaf edges with super wide sealing strip;
4. Hinge: material is high quality stainless steel. Hinged steel plate is reinforced with a thickness ≥1.2mm.The reinforcement is provided with a screw hole, galvanized steel plate thickness is ≥ 3.0mm
