Mud Scraper Driving Sprocket consists of a stainless steel bearing housing, a stainless steel spindle, a 40-tooth driving sprocket.

DRIVEN SPROCKET

Standardly equipped with 40 complete teeth, used in conjunction with the drive chain. The drive sprocket is 1/3 the weight of a conventional cast iron hub sprocket. The drive sprocket is available in different offset sizes to suit different spindle bases and settling tank designs. Split design for easy installation and maintenance.

The spindle sprocket of mud scraper adopts the design of chasing teeth, the number of teeth and the driven sprocket are prime numbers of each other. Every two teeth of spindle sprocket corresponds to one chain link, which doubles the service life compared with the sprocket with a single tooth corresponding to one chain link. Split design for easy installation and maintenance. Integral molded chain protection hub reduces wear on chain and sprocket. Machined keyway and set screws are standard to prevent gear slippage and ensure accurate torque transmission.
