NO.1 Product Description
Hammer crusher, as a middle grinding and fine grinding machine for middle hard material, is widely used in areas like cement, building materials and mining industries for the materials with breaking strength no greater than 200Mpa, such as limestone, gypsum, coal, marl, sandshale etc.
When stone materials enter the crushing cavity via the vibrating feeder, they'll be struck by the hammers hung the rotor and be thrown onto the impact plate. The materials which spring back from the impact plate will be struck by the hammers again until they reach the desired size, after which the materials will fall through the screening plate under the rotor .The distance between the impact plate and the rotor can be adjusted to meet shape and size requirements.
NO.2 Product Application
Portable Diesel Engine Crushers are mainly used in some places which don't have enough electricity or without electricity. They can do medium or fine crushing for every kind of rocks and stones.
This kind of crushers are with compact structure, easy usage and simple operation.
There are two types:diesel engine jaw crusher and diesel engine hammer.
NO.3 Working Principle
In Iron Ore Construction Hammer mill, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them; the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products; the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reach the required size.
NO.4 Main Features
1. Various types. It is suitable for middle crushing especially fine crushing of materials with different sizes.
2. Low cost. Disel engine hammer crusher is cheaper than that with electric motor.
3. Mobility and easy operation. Equipped with two wheels, small diesel engine hammer crusher can be used as mobile crusher. when needing to crush materials, just push it in required place.
