Essential oil extraction system

1) It is applicable for low temperature continuous concentration of heat sensitive materials (such as milk, fruit and vegetable juice and liquid medicine etc.) under vacuum.
2) It is used for concentrate the solvent containing water or organic solvents

FEATURES AT A GLANCE

A.The extraction tank is a conical-type structure, atmospheric pressure vessel, four-ear brackets; extraction tank slag door diameter, 3 air cylinders (material: carbon steel) pneumatic control push-pull self-locking quick-opening revolving door (material: carbon steel).
B. The barrel is designed to be jacketed for heating, and the heating is even and fast; the bottom is with hard tube liquid outlet device which can pass through the steam to backlash.
C.Condenser:
Shell material 304 material /3mm, tube sheet and heat exchange tube is 304/φ25×1.5mm; cooling water inlet and outlet Ø 32.
D Cooler
E.Separator:
