Acoustic wall panels substrate based on high quality of 12/15/18mm MDF with density of 750kg/m3. There are many choices for base material: HDF, E1 ECO-friendly MDF and Fireproof MDF(B1 grade). Perforated Acoustic panels are available in three different finishes: real wood veneer, printed wood melamine finished and fireproofing surface. The application of perforated aouctic panels is in Studio, recording room, listening room, rehearsal hall, Theater, cinema, indoor gymnasium, disco, KTV, Meeting room, office, hall, hotel, Airport, railway, bus station, factory, workshop, etc.
Installation - Sound Panel Acoustic MDF Wood Interior Wall Panels Micro Perforated Acoustic Panel
1> First fix the aluminum profile onto the wooden frame or bottom board, and the suggested distance about 600mm.
2> Filled the 32-64 kg/m density acoustic wool among aluminum profiles.
3> Use the clips to fix the perforated acoustic panel to the aluminum profile.
4> When install several acoustic panel, the suggested distance between two pieces is 2-3mm.
