We provide technical support through operation manuals and videos; once you have any questions,
our engineers can reply to you promptly by email, telephone or by way of factory training.
If it is a hardware problem, during the warranty period, we will provide you with spare parts for free, or if you return it, we will repair it for you free of charge.

3. When is the delivery time?

We have freight forwarders who can deliver products to you by express, air, sea, etc.
Express: UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. (door to door):7-10 days
Air Freight (Airport to Airport): 3-10 days
Sea (any seaport): 10-45 days, depending on distance

4. How long is the lead time for your products?

40% of our products are in stock,
50% of products take 3-10 days to produce, 10% of products take 15-30 days to produce.

Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, etc.
