3. How do Iget samples?

Usually we can provide exist samples for free, but you need to charge some shipping cost.

It is also available if you have carrier account,such as DHL,FEDEX,TNT,etc For c u st o mi z ed style, you just need to pay a lit t le sample cost.But samples charge will be refund after placed order

4. How Long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.

If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subje c t to you designs whether they need new pri n ting screen, etc.

5. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity

6. What format of the file do you need If l want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, CDR or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

7. How many colors are ava i lable?

We match colors with P ANTONE Matching System. So you can just tell us the P ANTONE color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some trend colors to you.

8. What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% depo s it after order signed and 70% aga i nst copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
