Graphite casting ring is made from high purity graphite material and used for precision hot-top casting for aluminium alloy, match with casting machine to control the dimension and smoothness. .

Instructions for use
1.Install thecorresponding specification parts on hot-top casting platform.
2.Install distribution plate, thimble, transition plate, distribution launder and graphite ring should on the platform and thimble, transition plate, graphite ring should be inside of crystallizer. Ensure the products smooth, clean, undamaged and seamless. It is better to seal around the side and bottom with ceramic fiber blanket or ceramic fiber paper for thermal insulation.
3.Preheat the hot top casting platform uniformly to 260°C -350°0 with electric heating or gas heating after installation completed in order to get rid of adsorbed crystal water. It is prohibited to heating with the flame touch directly the lining body.
