Triangle pyramid tea bag packing machine is suitable for inner Triangle/flat bag with outer envelope, and for packing multi-material product such as loose leaf tea, herbal tea, health care tea, TieGuanYin, Longjing, DaMaoFeng, DaHongPao, Rose tea, Ginseng, etc.
The Features of automatic triangle tea bag packing machine:
1. This packing machine can pack inner and outer bag automatically, which would highly improve the working efficiency.
2. This automatic packing machine adopts PLC control system, touch screen color monitor device, machine is very easy to operate.
3. Adopt ultrasonic sealing method, and it can seal tightly, safely, and reduce the width of extra edge, avoiding any waste of packing material.
4. All parts in direct contact with tea are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring reliable products output conforming to GMP standard.
5. The packing materials of pyramid bag is nylon, non-woven fabric material imported from japan, and it is non-toxic, no bacteria, heat-resistant high quality food grade material.
6. The automatic packing machine adopt ultrasonic sealing method, and it can seal tightly, safely, and reduce the width of extra edge, avoiding any waste of packing materials.
