Features:
There is a quick cooling system with high efficiency.
The furnace body is a horizontal, single-chamber, horizontal charging structure, and the way to open the furnace door is set according to user needs.
The synthetic structure furnace composed of wide nickel-chromium alloy heating belt and multi-layer stainless steel screen has good temperature uniformity.
The tempering process is completed under high vacuum, and the treated workpiece is bright and has no color change.
The internal heat exchanger and the fast cooling function of the air cooling cycle can effectively prevent the tempering brittleness of the parts.
Convective heating device is provided to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature at low temperature.
