A1: We are an aluminium factory with more than 40 years experiences in aluminium OEM/ODM service.
Q2: Can I get samples for free?
A2: Samples are free, and it will be deliver by express shipping company, such as Fedex or DHL. Only the express shipping fee is paid by buyer.
Q3: Can I customize my own products?
A3: Yes, all our products are customized. We are more than happy to receive your customization requests, such as the colours, shapes, length and fabrications.
The only thing your need to provide is the drawings or the actual sample would be much better.
Q4: How do we customize the products?
A4: 1. Contact us through the customer service on Alibaba.com or email. → 2. Send us your drawings with your company's information. (DWG. and IGS. are acceptable) → 3.Tell us your total quantity, needs and requirements. (The quality, the fabrication, the packaging... etc.) 4. Tell us your payment methods. 5. Reconfirm all details of customized products and sign the P.O.
Q5: Do you have the present dies/molds that can use immediately?
A5: Yes, We do have various present specification dies/molds, such as the round tubes & bar, square tubes & bars, rectangle tubes & bars ...etc. If you what to know more information please contact us via email.
Q6: Do you only offer OEM service?
A6: We do have the design department. It not only offer the design service of the dies/molds but also provide a better design shape of the products according to your further machining processes of the profiles. If you need this service, your would need to provide more information about your design. So that we would be able to assist your further.
Q7: What is your products packaging?
A7: We mostly pack the products in the carton boxes and place the boxes on the wooden pallets. We also provide the customized packaging. If your need this service, please provide more information when you are Inquiring us.
Q8: How do I place the order?
A8: 1. Advisory → 2.Specifications confirm → 3.Inquiry → 4.P.O. confirm →
5. Deposit (Can be pay by credit cards on the Alibaba) → 6. Manufacturing → 7. Balance due → 8. Shipment
Q9: What kind of payment method that you offer?
A9: We accept L/C, T/T payments or any other payments that Alibaba accepts.
Q10: How about the service after receiving the items?
A10: We have 5 customer service specialists with English, Japanese and Chinese services. You can easily contact us via E-mail, or telephone.
Q11: How about import customs fee?
A11: We will declare the custom value as customers' normal require.
Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the quote of the product prices and shipping fees. Those charges are responsible for the buyers.
