Nomex high temperature ironing belts withstand temperature of up to 200℃ giving you improved quality and prolonging life of your machine. Comparing to the traditional ironer with separation pins, Little Duck ironer is equipped with additional supporting roller avoiding completely the wear of ironing belts which extends the serving life of belts significantly.
1. Heavy duty frame structure of the machine provides superior strength ensuring stable operation for long time.
2. Chain transmission system is utilized with the features of stable and low noise driving, which is easy to maintain and repair. Chain driving has incomparable advantages of precise transmission ratio, long life and reliability.
3.Top brand revolving joints help to increase the stability and reliability of the machine .
4. All feeding rollers are seamless stainless steel tube featuring small deformation and long life comparing to the welded tube. Zinc coating is applied to all pressure rollers increasing the capability of corrosion resisting tremendously.
