Water-based Ink for Label Printing

Driven by the advantages of "high quality, low cost and e co-friendly ", narrow flexographic printing grows faster than the traditional corrugated case flexographic printing. There are many narrow flexographic printing products that water-based ink can be applied to, including labels, napkins, paper straws, food paper bags and notebook lines printings.

According to the anilox roller line number and printing speed of different flexographic printer types and the printing technique and special requirements of different products, Kagem has subdivided the series into water-based ink products corresponding to printed products. Each water-based ink can satisfy re q uirements , such as different drying speed , water resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, low odor, alcohol resistance, food contact, and bright colors.

The viscosity can be adjusted to a proper value according to the actual printing conditions, with relatively low viscosity during high-speed printing and high viscosity during low-speed printing.

Instructions for use:

Stir the product evenly before use to ensure consistent product composition. Detect and adjust the product viscosity and pH value and verify the color. During operation, try to keep the water-based ink in dynamic state to prevent ink from skinning or pasting plate.
