A: 3 months warranty for used parts and 1 year warranty for new parts. If you receive impracticable parts, you can return it back
to us within 10 days, we will pay come-and-go shipping cost.

A: We use foam board to protect, use carton for packing, we will also customize wooden box for packing if needed.
