Advantages

5. F ood grade PU belt: Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt and anti-sticking belt are optionally available.
6. High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intelligent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive.
Structure Features
1. Composition: separating conveyor, distributing conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine.
2. Working Process: The separating conveyors separate the products first, and then the distributing unit will distribute the products to different automatic feeding line, after that the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging.
3. Packing speed:about 150-200 bags per minute per machine.
4. Power: The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of one packing line is 3.6KW.
