A: Before ordering , we make samples after sample fee finished ,When the official order amount meet our request amount, then the sample fee will refund. Once we get your official order, we will arrange one free sample for your final checking before we process the bulk order production.
3) Q :How can we get a quote?
We will offer you the best quote after we get the product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, surface finishing, packaging, production leading time, MOQ, MOA, payment terms, etc.
4) Q : What format design file you want for printing?
It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDF or AI format file. However if this is not possible, our in-house designer also can make the artwork for your checking.
5) Q : What's the delivery ?
A: Delivery for samples around 7-10 days, bulk order for 20-25 days .
6) Q : Do you have price list ?
A: I am sorry that you cannot get the price from our product page directly. Since most of packaging products are customized as every product are unique for our customer .. Little change will also make the price different. So we'd like to send quotation based on your detail request. If no details , we also can send you price range according to your requirement.
7) Q: How to make sure high quality ?
A: We can send you video for processing anytime. For any quality problems, we will make new ones for free and send you again. We have the QA team to check the product processing from raw material to the finish product. Each step will under QA team's checking before the goods ship out.
8) Q: Do you have boxes in stocking ? Do you send free sample?
A : I am sorry to say "No". As a factory , space is limited for packaging stock.
