MDF colour and material :
100% poplar material with white colour
100% pine material with light yellow colour ,
70% poplar or 70% pine mix 30% hard wood with normal colour
Packing:
The bottom is strong pallets with one sheet of protected board which is MDF or Particle board and thickness is not less than 15mm. All the goods are wrapped by plastic bags avoiding any moisture. The top and four sides with one sheet of protected board which is not less than 4mm MDF or 8mm Particle board . Then all the goods are strengthened by steel strips. Advantage
1.Uniform plate density, excellent physics performance; It's close to natural wood but better than natural plank.
2.High strength and good dimensional stability, thickness is2.5mm-30mm,it has been widely used.
3.Good mechanical processing performance, It may use natural wood processing equipment and methods for machining.
4.Flat surface,so It is easy for secondary processing.

Q1. Are you a trading company or a factory?

Q2. What are your main products?
Plywood, Film faced plywood, MDF particle board etc.
Q3. Are the samples are available?
A: Yes, the sample is free and freight charge would be collected at your side.
Q4. What is your quality guarantee?
We have professional inspection team to control the quality during the production and before delivery.
Q 5: What's your supply capacity?
Generally, our factory's capacity is 5000m3 per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.
Q6: How can we trust your quality?
There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visiting factory is the best way to check quality.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
We accept both T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% T/T as deposit and balance against copy of B/L.
Q8: What is your delivery lead time?
Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 10-15 days after receiving your 30% deposit or original L/C.
