COMMON PROBLEMS FOR HOT MELT GLUE GUN
Why doesn't it produce glue?
Answer:
The preheating time is not enough or the switch state is wrong; if the gun does not heat up after preheating, the heating core is faulty, please contact the customer service in time; in addition, the long time power state is not used, it will also lead to the glue stick carbonization (scorching) blocking the gun nozzle, use a thin wire or a thin needle to unclog it can be used normally.
Why does the glue pour/leak?
Answer:
Not using the right size glue stick; compressing the trigger without preheating it before use; compressing the trigger too much/frequently when using it, the heat cannot keep up with the performance, which leads to glue leakage.
Why does the glue drip?
Answer:
When the glue stick is warmed up, it will change from a solid to a liquid, so it is normal for the glue to drip within 1-2 minutes.
Attention
A.
If the glue stick is not long enough to be pushed in, add a new stick.
B.
Do not pull out unused glue sticks as this may damage the gun.
C.
Remember to switch off the power when not in use.
D.
When the glue gun needs to be placed at work, lower the holder first and then stand it on a flat surface.
