Full automatic double chamber green tea black tea bag packing machine DXDKC6 is used for packing crushed tea powder in filter tea bags, the filter tea bag with cotton thread, tag paper and outer envelop. DXDKC6 is upgrade of our DXDC8IV, it is using full PLC control system, with color touch screen display, and upgrade the heat sealng tag, with safety guard optional, and empty bag or broken tea bag detecting and rejecting function. This machine suitable for big tea plant, and it realize many sets tea bag packing machine work in line.

The tea package protect the tea from light, and keeps the original fragrance of tea and herb, also make the tea moisture-proof.

All the machine will be wrapped in stretch film or plastic bag cover, and then loaded in export standard wooden case, the wooden case will protect the machine very well. The wooden case well designed and convenient for forklift lifting.
