2. What’s The Material For Your Products ?

We mainly use some natural materials like solid oak/birch/pine recycled elm, rattan, marble and iron. For upholstery, our fabrics include linen , velvet , cotton etc. For painting we use organic pigments for our antique wooden patina, they have no VOCs.

3. Does Your Product Meet Our Market Standard?

Yes. We have certifications depends on different market requirements. For example, fire resistance material (foam, fabric etc.) for UK and US market, fumigation for Australia and New Zealand.

4. What’s Your Business Term and the Term of Payment ?

FOB. T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance against copy of document.

A: Yes! As our new client,we recommend you to use the Trade Assurance which can offer you good guarantee.

6. What’s Your Lead Time for mass production ?

Usually it ’ s 45-90 working days for OEM/ODM models. Within 15 working days for our Ready Sets Collection.

7. What ’ s your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?

ODM models: MOQ 1x20GP/40HQ container with mixed products.

OEM models: MOQ 20pcs for wood furniture and sofa, 50 pcs for chairs.

8. How to place my order?

Start by talking to us. We will send you a catalogue with more than 300 designs to choose from.  Select the designs you like.

We will then send you an official quotation. After confirmation, we finalize the order with you for full loadability. Now, you are ready to make a final sales order.

After receiving your sales order and 30% deposit, we will start manufacturing and ship to you through our global logisitics networks.

9. Can we customize our products?

Yes. We can offer custom designs that exclusive to perfectly reflect your brand.

Or after selecting our ODM Models, we offer more than 100 kinds of wooden patina swatches, fabrics for you to choose from. Materials,size,packaging can also be customized according to your requirements.

10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes! All the goods are 100% test and inspected before delivery. Strict quality control is carried throughout the whole production process, since wood selection, wood dry, wood assembly, painting, upholstery,hardware to final goods.

11. How can I get a sample? What ’ s the cost and lead time for the samples ?

Our Ready Sets Collection consist of “ best seller models ” , you can get any of them within 15 working days to check our technique and some details you may interested.

For the rest of models or new OEM models, there are many ways for you to check the samples.

We will send fabric and wooden patina swatches;

We will supply sample photographs that are high resolution and without any touching up;

We will activate Live streaming or take short videos for you to check the details.

Of course, a test order will be highly recommended to shorten the development period.

12. How do you guarantee your quality against wood cracking and warping?

Floating structure and strict moisture control 8-12 degree. We have professional kiln-dry and conditioning room at our workshop. All the models are tested in house during sample development period before mass production.
