1. We provide one year warranty for all of our products since the date of B/L. If the machine break during he warranty period due to quality or assembling problem, we provide free spare parts to our customer for reparing. After expiration, we provide cost spare parts service. For any claim, please cooperate to provide necessary information to us for evaluation such as the serial number, pictures of the broken parts and working condition before the model broken. We will make record and improvement in case of same problem in the future.
