It is widely applied in thickening and washing various pulp, and recovering fiber in white water .

Clear filtrate, cloudy filtrate and super - clear filtrate flow directly from filtrate chamber which is designed with divided grid inside . Vacuum inside discs is generated mainly by suctioning of negative pressure pump, and also strengthened by centrifugal induced draft fan . This design well replaces vacuum generated by siphon . It is a great advantage that it is not necessary for this
equipment to be installed on higher level .
It adopts compressed air to peel pulp. Air suctioned by induced draft fan ei through distributing valves . The moment pulp comes out from liquid level, it will be shot out into pulp chest by compressed air inside . And then pulp will be transferred by conveying screw. By these procedures , it is able to save plenty of pukp and cleaning water.
