Application

5 18AB -T is a two components polyurethane system , solvent free, with the mixing ratio of 3:1, c an be cured under normal temperature and high temperature, it forms a very high gloss and transparent coating to its applications such as nameplate, signage and decorations, can be special used for false water. After cured, it will has a very good features of UV resistance and weather resistance, will not yellowing for about 3 years for outdoor use.

P roperties before H ar dening

Operation

1, P lace 518A-T and 518B-T at the temperature of 15 to 25 ℃ , relative humidity lower than 70% for 12hours.

2, Well prepared the products you need to apply the 518AB-T such as the PVC signage/nameplate, metal signage/nameplate, put them into the oven to heat at the temperature of about 60 ℃ to clear the moisture on the surface.

3, Totally clear the dust and the oil on the surface of the signage/nameplate.

4, Weigh the 518A-T and the 518B-T by 100:33, and fully stir it.

5, Clear the bubbles by vacuum machine(the mixture will not have bubble at the -0.1 vacuum)

6, Take a clean syringe to draw the mixture and drop it to the surface of the well prepared signage/nameplate. Normally the thickness is 2mm.

7, Look at the glue in 5 minutes, if there is some bubbles, use a pin to break the bubbles, or if there is some area that has not been covered by glue, use the pin lead it.

8, Put the finished products in the oven at the temperature of about 60 to 80 ℃ , it will cured in 2 to 3.5 hours.

P roperties after H ardening

Attention :

1, For crystallization at low temperature:

If place the 518AB-T at the temperature of low then 15 degree for more than 24 hours, it will crystallization, but the it will disappear when the temperature rises.

2, In Autumn or Winter, the 518B-T can be warmed to transparent liquid after about 4 -12 hours. And use it after about 30 to 50minutes.If temperature is very low, can heat 518A-T together.

3, For irritability, some people may irritable to the 518AB-T for band operation, should wear disposable gloves during the operation and wash hands with soup after working; The workshop should be ventilate. And the air bumped by the vacuum machine should be output to the outside, not into the workshop.

4, The person with asthma should not operate 518AB-T

Storage , Shelf Life
1, Store at the temperature of 25 °C , under the humidity of 70%. Avoid sunlight, high temperature or high humidity environment.

2, The feature of 518A -T maybe affected if contact with air, closed the 518A-T tightly after used. And 518A/B will absorb the moisture in the air easily, strictly avoid this happens. Better to use up it once opened.

3, This is non-hazardous chemical, can transported as normal chemicals.

4, Better to clean the water content of 518B-T by vacuum before use if humidity is higher than70%
