1. Main machine features.
Easy operation, Printing precisely, fast speed printing, low maintaining cost, fit to various fabric type. Soft table design, table length and colors are optional by requirement of customers.
• All machine parts are using top brands such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Yaskawa, Schneider etc.
• All Pneumatic parts are using CKD from Japan.
• Belt are using SIEGLING reinforced type from Germany
• Belt main drive reduction gear, fabric sticking reduction motor, fabric feeding reduction motor are using SEW brand from Germany.
• Lifting driving screw rod are using THK brand from Japan.
• Continuous fabric feeding design, detecting fabric automatically, fabric feeding with no tension reduce fabric edge curl which fits most fabrics like woven fabric, silk, knitting fabric.
• The model F1 is equipped with unique magnetic table and magnetic bar to glue belt perfectly.
2. Latest tension adjustable centering device synchronous with fabric sticking speed is equipped as to make sure the fabric is sticking on belt by even force. Automatic detecting skewing adjustment device which is with adjustable sensitivity is making sure the fabric is going to stick on the same position.
3. Centralized control screen touch panel displaying all operational orders, parameters, data monitoring, alarm resetting function with both graphic and text. Easy for operation workers.
4. The belt driving method is using the latest Bus-network servo system from Mitsubishi. There is independent motion control CPU to make sure the two belt driving motor precisely synchronized running. Therefore the belt can
always be kept in even tension. Plus the SEW reduction gear, system stability is good.
Traditional flat-bed screen printer use the gear wheel method to drive the belt. After long time running, printing position is not correct because the gear will wear out for sure. The gear wheel replacement takes long time and it
needs professional engineer to do the replacing job.
Belt driving method of this machines designed Unique high-strength synchronous belt driving. The same belt be applied on High express train in China which is running super heavy train at 290KM/hour every day. It avoid the printing inaccuracy in the long run.
5.Lifting unit is driven by imported screw rod, air cylinder aided as to reduce wearing. And lifting unit is only to lift single printing unit which is light. Then screw rod life-span is extended a lot.
The lubricating oil be sealed in screw rod, it is not necessary to add oil often. Normally just put oil once each year. Very easy to maintain.
6. Printing table is soft material design. So when the screen printing unit push the inks penetrate the screen onto fabric, this function help the inks penetrate into fabric more deeply. The theory is just when we put a seal on paper, the performance will be much better if you can put an soft cushion pad under paper.
7. The doctor blade moving direction is controllable on every printing unit. This function can reduce the color shade difference since the color shade may deeper from beginning where the doctor blade starting to push. For traditional flatbed screen printer, there is always got one direction only for all printing unit.
8.Each printing unit equipped a screen touch operation panel which can control the doctor blade moving time, length, and speed. Multi-language support, all data can be copied between all printing units. There are 3 buttons
on operation side, on, off, starting work. And the non-operation side got on and off buttons.
There is a stainless steel made gutter under the doctor blade holder to collect wastes on each printing unit.
9.Printing scraper: Doctor blade pressure and angle adjustable. It provides more chances to adjust the color shade difference. It also helps to make inks penetrate fabric more perfectly.
10.Perfect screen frame holder design, it can be adjusted from up to down, left to right, front to back 360 degree possible adjustment. To make adjustment easily according to different patterns even if the screen frame got a little bit deformed. Easy to load and unload the screen frame, easy to add more inks.
