Product Description
Hot selling BZJ-1300 PLC and touch screen flute paper laminating machine for glue flexo printed paper and corrugated cardboard
Features:
1. FEIDA paper sending system which can send the surface paper automatically and accurately; cycle stacking rack can stack the next batch surface paper without stopping the machine, more efficient.
2. The surface paper can stack 1.7m height but weight within 800kgs for automatic lifting.
3. The bottom paperboard adopts automatic suction feeding way, continuous automatic tracking according the host machine running speed.
4. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control system; electric circuit is stable and can display the fault
automatically and alarm.
5. Full automatic glue adding system; it can automatically adding the loss of glue during laminating. Also equipped with glue recycling system to avoid the waste of glue.
6. The water clean roller up and down which convenient for cleaning the down rubber roller of gluing.
7. Floating type movable press bed ensure that the lamination corrugated paperboard will not be crushed and also ensure the paperboard flat and straight.
