A:Many of the factories we work with are domestic OE factories whose quality has been verified by the car manufacturers. They have strict management at every step of the process, checking the products at every stage from production to delivery, professional engineers check every step of the production process, while the parts are verified by the management staff before they enter our warehouse. We have an 18-month guarantee, except for some fast moving parts (e.g. filters, spark plugs, etc.)
Q:What is the delivery time after the deposit is paid?
A:Our general delivery time is within 1 month, depending on the quantity of your purchase, we can also work with you if you have a requirement for a quick delivery time.
Q:What do you do for quality complaints?
A:We will reply to the customer within 24 hours. In most cases we will ask the customer to take clear photos or send us back a sample and we will carry out tests to clarify the problem.
