Characteristics and applications,

The glue is mono-component solvent glue generated with use of special elastic polymer material in reaction with reinforcing system. This glue is low in toxicity, fast in drying, strong in bonding and can be sprayed . After solvents volatilize, the main materials have no toxicity. The bonded articles are water proof, resistance to cold, temperature resistance and are very suitable for mutual bonding of sponge, foam, fabric, upholstery,furniture,grass knitted product, leather ,bamboo, wood and other materials

Usage method,

Use high pressure airless spray gun or spray gun with air pump to spray glues on two sides uniformly. You can laminate once spraying is done or laminate after slight drying and hole them tightly, then certain strength is available at once and maximum strength can be reached in 10 to 25minutes. Usually the spray amount in loose surface is 12m2/kg

Notes,

This glue contains organic solvents and is flammable. The operation for storage and transport should conform to the requirement from fire control and be away from fire source and equipped with fire control equipments for safety consideration. The solvent volatile from glue solution is toxic. The working sites should be ventilated and protection mask should be worn. If the glue falls on your skin, it can be cleaned by gasoline or soap water. If the glue falls into mouth or eye accidentally, it should be cleaned by water and sent for hospital for cure. If the glue solution is too thick, it can be diluted by acetic ether. The quality assurance period for this product is 8months. After this period, it may still can be used if it is ok afterinspection
