INTRODUCTION
This product is an automated instrument that can provide safe and efficient nucleic acid extraction and purification for biological laboratories and clinical medicine departments. This product can extract nucleic acids from various samples such as animal and plant tissues, viruses, fungi, bacteria, plasmids, whole blood or cultured cells. It is equipped with multiple safety functions such as door opening protection, UV disinfection, and UV protection from the observation window to ensure the experimental results are safer and more reliable.
Product Features
NUCLEIC ACID PURIFICATION PRINCIPLE
After the sample is lysed in the lysis solution,the nucleic acid is specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads.Through the cooperation of the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod cover,the magnetic attraction,transfer,release,and mixing are completed to separate the magnetic beads that adsorb the nucleic acid from the binding solution.The washing solution is used to remove various impurities that are non-specifically bound to the magnetic beads,and finally the nucleic acid molecules are dissolved in the elution.
