Q&A
1. What is your MOQ?
No MOQ. You can even make only 1 or 2 pieces if you like. But as you might understand there is a one time die cost/mold fee, the average cost would be expensive if you make only a few pieces. Also different price based on different quantity.
2. Can you send sample before mass production?
Sure. We can send either actual sample or photo of sample(to save time and shipping fee) for your further approval if you prefer. Normally what you see on artwork will be done on actual product.
3. Do you do free design?
Yes, we can work with you till getting you a satisfied design after receiving your order.
4. What is your lead time?
Our production lead time is usually 15-20 working days(depending on different products and production schedule) after receiving payment and approval or artwork.
Urgent orders need to be discussed in advance.
