Product Description
1. The dry ice pelletizer can produce dia 3mm to dia 19mm of high strength, particle or columnar, with its production capacity is from 50kg/h to more than 1000kg/h. The dry ice cube making machine can commonly produce ice block in thickness from 10mm to 210mm,. Both of these 2 types machines can be customized according to customer's requirement.
2.The dry ice machine is driven by a powerful hydraulic unit featuring instant push button start.
3.Fully automatic control of oil temperature and dry ice snowing process guarantees continuous dry ice production without any supervision right from push button start.
4.The hydraulic pump station and the pellet forming module are built-in, which reduces the floor space of the equipment and on the other hand makes the dry ice production avoid the influence of dust.
5.Touch LCD panel operation can set the number of hydraulic cylinder purges, working time, etc., reducing the error rate of manual operation.
6. Hydraulic system optional food grade configuration (using stainless steel spare parts, edible food oil for hydraulic transmission media).
