A: Due to the time difference , normally , if we dont sleeping ,we can reply within 15-30 minutes .

A: For small tent , sample is free . If you pay the sample cost to us ,when you place the order ,we will return the sample cost .

A: Normally needs about 30- 35 days after we receive the 30% deposit .
