Attaching to the supporting structure has several requirements. The screw heads must be flush with the flat profile. Both the screw hole and the countersink must be pre-drilled. There must be no cracks around the screw heads. Fasteners must be permanently corrosion-resistant. The length of the screws must be chosen to ensure sufficient strength of the joints, but must not protrude, as well as not to damage the tightness of the foil. Min. distance for screws at the ends of the boards is min. 3 cm. You will prevent cracks at the ends later from having woodworking.
For wood cladding made of Spruce, use HOBOTEC or HAPATEC or HAPATEC HELI screws, for cladding made of Siberian and Larch Czech use HAPATEC HELI screws. HAPATEC HELI screws are suitable for facade made of Red Cedar, Thermo pine and Dark Red Meranti.
