Product Description
FU SINTERED BEARING ---
Powder metallurgy bearing
contact: Janney@>slide-bearing.com
INFO.:
Powder metallurgy bearing is metal powder and other friction reducing material powder pressing, sintering, shaping and immersion in oil, with porous structure, after infiltration in hot oil, pores are filled with lubricating oil, during work due to the suction of journal rotation and friction heating, so that the metal and oil are heated and expanded, the oil is squeezed out of the pores, and then the friction surface plays a lubricating role, after the bearing is cooled, the oil is sucked back into the pores.
FEATURES:
Powder metallurgy oil-impregnated bearings (oil-impregnated bearings) are a kind of porous alloy products impregnated with lubricating oil in pores. When the shaft rotates, the temperature of the oil-impregnated bearing rises and the pumping action is caused by the friction between the shaft and the oil-impregnated bearing.
The lubricating oil is permeated by the friction surface of the inner or outer diameter of the oil-impregnated bearing when the shaft stops rotating.
T
he lubricating oil flows back into the oil-impregnated bearing. Therefore, the consumption of lubricating oil is very small, and it can be used for long-term operation without
supplyin
g lubricating oil from the outside. It is very suitable for occasions where oil supply is difficul
t and
lubricating oil pollution is avoided.
Application:
Motor industry, automobile and motorcycle industry, home appliance industry, digital products, office equipment, power tools, textile machinery, packaging machinery and other types of machinery and equipment.
Bearing materials
Modern powder metallurgy bearing materials are divided by iron, bronze, high-alloy steel and even ceramics as the matrix, and also use various metal compounds, graphite and plastics and other non-metallic components as lubricating components. The following describes several versatile and important bearing materials:
1. Antimony-bronze bearing
In the ternary alloy Cu-Sn-Sb, 2%≤Sn≤8% and 2%≤Sb≤8% (weight ratio). The total amount of Sn+Sb should be between 8% and 10%. Mix Cu—Sn prealloyed powder with fine Sb powder with a particle size of ≤ 40 microns. The corresponding liquid phase line formed in the sintering corresponds to the maximum liquid phase line in the Cu-Sn-Sb phase diagram. This maximum occurs when sintered at 750 °C for several hours and at 805 °C for 1 hour.
2. Add zinc, money aluminum base bearing
Zn and Mg are added to Al, and Al-Zn-Mg intermetallic compounds are formed during sintering. This compound precipitates as a small hard body in an aluminum matrix.
3. Aluminum-silicon-graphite alloy
Compared with ferroalloys, aluminum alloys have the advantages of light weight and good thermal conductivity, machinability and formability. In order to solve the problem of wear and friction coefficient, the addition of elements is studied, and the addition of these components cannot be achieved with ordinary smelting methods.
4. Bronze-resin composite material
A Japanese metal foil and powder company reported that bearing composites made of PTFE with a low coefficient of friction and 60-shaped (weight ratio) bronze powder (Table 1) have excellent wear resistance and compressive strength. The particle size of the bronze powder used is less than 50um.
5. Iron-nickel-copper-resin composite material
The sintered material is made into a matrix with connected pores and high strength under certain alloy composition and processing parameters, and then impregnated with resin as a solid lubricating component.
Take Fe a 2% Ni to 0.5Mo. For example, the best processing parameters of the sintering matrix are: the forming pressure is 490.8MPa, the sintering density obtained is 6.65g/cm3 in hydrogen with a dew point of -40 °C at 1120 °C for 1 hour, and the impregnated resin is nylon 11.
The abrasion of Fe-2% Ni-5%Mo material impregnated and unimpregnated resin and SCM485 material was ionized at 500 °C for 5 hours (20% N2-H2, gas pressure was 267 Pa) The abrasion of the three materials was compared: the abrasion consumption of nylon 11 was 1/4000 of the unimpregnated material, and it was superior to SCM43 material with surface hardness HV950.
6. Cu-Sn-Ni bearing alloy
Japan is researching bearing materials for tape recorders, motion picture machinery, and tape rollers for tape recorders.
7. F e-C u-Z n bearing alloy
The material called EAB researched in Japan is mainly used as a variety of small motors and small bearings for audio. The components are as follows: Fe margin, Cu18~22%, Zn2~7%, Sn1~3%, B<0.1%. The research purpose of this material is to replace copper-based materials with iron-based materials, which has equal friction coefficients and better wear resistance than copper-based materials. Ideal for use under high load conditions.
8. Bronze iron-based bearings
This material, called EAK, is characterized by being an iron-based material, but with a copper appearance, so it has good rust resistance and similar characteristics to bronze bearings.
9. Cast iron chip powder bearing
Powder made from cast iron machining chips is processed into self-lubricating bearings. The reasons for the importance of this material are: (1) the abundance of raw materials, and it is estimated that the annual production of cast iron machining chips exceeds the production of iron-based powder metallurgy parts; (2) Since gray cast iron generally does not use cutting oil as a lubricant during machining, the chips are not contaminated by oil; (3) The chips are brittle and easy to crush into powder; (4) The powder has good pressing after annealing.
