The specifications generally range from Φ4mm to 76mm in outer diameter, the wall thickness ranges from S 0.5mm to 6mm, and the length is 6 meters (except for custom-made). The delivery state can choose NBK (normalizing), GBK (annealing), BKS (stress relief annealing). Packing & Delivery
There are probably hundreds of different methods for packing a pipe, and most of them have merit, but there are two principles that are vital for any method to work prevent rusting and Sea transportation security.

Plastic caps plugged at the two sides of pipe ends
·Should be avoided by the steel strapping and transport damage
·Bundled signs should be uniform and consistent
·The same bundle(batch) of steel pipe should be came from the same furnace.
·The steel pipe has the same furnace number, the same steel grade, the same specifications.
Product Application
The 20#, 25# cylinder pipe is used on the normal temperature and low pressure cylinder after deep hole processing. 45#, 30Mn2, 27SiMn cylinder pipes are used for normal temperature and high pressure cylinders after deep hole processing, and Q355, E355, E470 cylinder pipes are used for low temperature and high pressure cylinders after deep hole processing.
