4G Wireless Remote Monitoring and Control System

1. System Introduction


The wireless remote monitoring and control system is a high-tech system based on 4G. It is mainly used for automatic operation control and remote wireless monitoring of equipment in unattended environment.



2. System Structure
It is mainly composed of wireless intelligent controller and Cloud monitoring platform.

3. Wireless Intelligent Controller
Data is transmitted through the 4G wireless module, including equipment status data monitoring, alarm data, manual setting of control parameters, remote setting of control parameters, verification data, etc.


Interfaces and Functions of Controller:
3-way three-phase current detection, can carry out other analog detection;
2-way temperature detection, can detect other NTC sensor data;
1 channel 485 communicates with other devices, which can be expanded to multiple channels through the interface board;
3 channels are used for motor control through relays, and can also be used as power control for other equipment;
4G antenna.
