|
PVC glue products are irritating. Please keep the construction site well ventilated and take good personal protective measures (such as wearing masks/masks, etc.) to prevent dizziness, nausea and other physical discomfort.

Before use, wipe the outer end of the tube and the inside of the tube mouth with a clean dry cloth to keep the adhesive surface clean and free of dust.When there is oil with the surface, can be used to clean the cloth with acetone detergent.

Before gluing, the tightness between the socket pipe and the socket shall be verified. Before bonding, the two can be inserted for a trial to ensure that the gap is no more than 0.3mm.
|
|
When applying adhesive, evenly apply the inner side of the socket and the outer side of the socket.
|
|
Note: the outside of the socket should be coated with a thicker layer of adhesive (about 0.5mm), and the inside of the socket should be coated with a thinner layer of adhesive. If it is dry before binding, another layer of adhesive should be applied.

In case of poor fluidity of adhesive, it can be used after indirect heating. Open fire or electric furnace heating is prohibited to prevent adhesive from burning.

After applying adhesive, fully insert the pipe into the fitting quickly with a slight rotation, and push hard to the appropriate position. Rotate the pipe 14 times to ensure the straightness and position of the interface.

After the plug is finished, wipe away the adhesive extruded from the outside of the component in time, otherwise the accumulated adhesive will easily cause local softening of the pipe.

Components shall be used after a certain period of static curing (≥24h). Force or forced loading shall be avoided during the period of static curing.When the ambient temperature is low, the placement time and curing time should be extended to avoid the phenomenon of loosening.
|
|
After the bonding work is finished, the adhesive bottle cap should be closed in time to prevent the subsequent use of the product from being affected by the solvent volatilization.
|
|
Adhesive shelf life: 12 months, please use as soon as possible after opening.If there is a slight yellow phenomenon in the shelf life, it can still be used.
