Q3.Can you send samples?
Of course.
for some of exiting sample for free. While for some styles need custom designs or something special requirement. we will charge sample fee. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,you can pay the freight charge to our papal.
Q4. How long is the sample lead time?
We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately. It will only takes about 2 day to send out.
For any special samples requirement, we will contact you first, just want to make everything in your expectation.
Q5: what is your payment terms?
TT or LC both ok.
Q6: Can I customize my logo or redesign the products and the gift box?
of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color and pattern available as well. We have our own design team. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impression.

5. Prepay the deposit;
6. Arrange Production;

10. Arrange balance payment;
11. Send original / telex BL;
12. Pick up goods;
