Application of Lab Roving Machine :
Laboratory Roving Machine is the ideal equipment for teaching and researching as it accurately simulates actual production conditions and produce roving of consistently high quality. The loose fiber strand or fiber assembly and the assembly of single yarn and monofilament are drafted and twisted to make them certain structure and form, possessing certain physical-mechanical properties and apparent structure, in order to adapt to the processing and storage of the next process.
Lab Roving machine is used to spin cotton sliver to be roving through drafting and flyer spinning. This lab roving frame has small dimension with PLC & touch screen control, simple to operate and adjust, so as to suitable for schools, research institutes and R&D centers. There have 1/2spindle for optional .Customer can check the correct one before they order.

Installation notes of lab roving machine
Environment required to install the machine must meet requirements as below:
l Dry place, no drips, steam or oily dust;
l No corrosive, flammable gas or liquid;
l Solid base and no vibration;
l No electromagnetism and noise;
l To minimize electrostatic charge, it is much better if constant temperature & humidity room, 28℃;
Electrical wiring must follow regulations as below:
l In order to ensure safety, once the wiring specifications is selected, please follow the electrical wiring regulations to implement;
l The machine must be separately grounded. It is best not to ground with other equipment. (We recommend using two metal rods about 2 meters that 2.5meters far away hit into the ground, who’s upper connected with a wire and then connected to the ground terminal of the machine.)
