Pains caused by stiffness in the neck, shoulders, or lower back.
HOW TO LOCATE TENDER POINT
■Carefully locate points where you feel either pain or a positive feeling when you press with a finger. Those points are the tender points.
■ When you feel pain in the back or lower back, sit down to locate tender point.
■ Position yourself in such a way that pain is felt most clearly.
■ Once you locate a tender point, you will find another tender point vertically or horizontally 0,4 to 0,8 in (1 to 2 cm) from the first point.
HOW TO USE
■ Remove PUCHIBAN®s from sheet. Apply to tender points precisely. To be sure that application is to the pain site, press firmly with a finger to confirm.■ PUCHIBAN®s is most effective when applied exactly to tender point; therefore apply as precisely as possible (within 0,008 to 0,1 in (2 to 3 mm) vertically or horizontally from tender points).■ Apply 1 to 10 PUCHIBAN®s every day. At the second application, the number of treatment points will decrease. This is because PUCHIBAN®s has relieved pain at some tender points.■ If you still feel pain one or two days after PUCHIBAN®s application, remove PUCHIBAN®s and locate tender points near original sites (within 0,2 to 0,8 in (5 mm to 2 cm) vertically or horizontally. Apply new PUCHIBAN®s to new tender points.
NOTE
■ Note that in the course of the relieving process, pain can sometimes increase with PUCHIBAN®s application. If the pain becomes too serve, remove PUCHIBAN®s; otherwise leave in place, if bearable, and the pain will disappear in time.
■ After PUCHIBAN®s is removed, a mark may be left at the point of application. Such marks will disappear in two or three days.
■ If you feel itching at PUCHIBAN®s application site, change PUCHIBAN®s position.
■ You can bathe with PUCHIBAN®s in place.
■ Warning: Before applying PUCHIBAN®s, wipe perspiration and dirt from skin.
