What is the Product Usage of C1TE Tile Glue

For installing tiles on to wall and floor

1, For all sizes floor tiles

2, For wall tiles not bigger than 400mm x 400mm

3, For high water-absorption-rate tiles

What are the Details of C1TE Tile Glue

Where to Use:	Specifically developed and formulated to bond tiles onto a variety of substrates
Components:	Polymer polymer, cement, sand, HPMC & additives
Color & Type:	Grey or White powder
Dosage:	5-10kg/m2 depends on the tile sizes, surface condition, application technique, wastage, etc. Less dosage for the smooth and flat surfaces.
Mixing Ratio.	20kg powder: 5kg water (4 : 1)
Bed Thickness:	Min. 2mm for wall tiling, Min. 3mm for floor tiling
Tensile Adhesion Strength:	≥1MPa under all test conditions
Classification:	BS EN 12004 Type C1
Shelf Life:	Up to 12 months in unopened bags, stored in elevated, cool, and dry place
Pot Life:	Approx. 60 minutes @ 20°C
Application Temperature:	5°C - 40°C
Packaging:	20kg/bag (3 layers strong paper bag with PP layer inserted)
MOQ:	100 bags for regular package
Container Loading:	Up to 1375 bags in 1x20GP (27.5 tons) if no pallets used; 1360 bags if packed on pallets.
