55A~90A Silk Screen Squeegee Rubber Scraper For Screen Printing
Squeegee is a strip used in the screen printing process.It is made of PU material. Depending on the characteristics of the screen printing plate, the accuracy of the printing pattern and the printing method, the squeegee of different hardness and cross-section shape can be selected. The hardness of the squeegee refers specifically to the hardness of its surface. It can usually be measured with a Shore hardness meter: 55 degrees, 60 degrees, 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees, 85 degrees, 90 degrees. The cross-sectional shape is flat, pointed, and beveled.

Section shape
Flat squeegee: It is the usual shape, it has a certain ability to withstand the highest pressure.
Tip Squeegee: It has good flexibility, compliance, and reduced pressure. It is suitable for printing on irregular surfaces and irregularly shaped substrates.
Beveled squeegee: It has the characteristics of flat and sharp scraping, and is not prone to cracking and missing.
Scrape storage and maintenance
1. When stocking, the rubber scraper should be placed flat, not placed in rolls.
2. Open the roll and place it for 24 hours, then let the squeegee stretch and lay it out before using it.
3. When storing, remove the handle, make the rubber scrape flat, and the rubber strip can not touch any object.
4. Store the squeegee at room temperature, away from the ink
5. The squeegee is not immersed in the solvent for a long time, so as to avoid deformation of the squeegee and loss of elasticity.
6. It should be cleaned immediately after use to avoid ink residue.
