Reverse osmosis equipment is a physical desalination method and has many advantages.
1) Desalination and purification of brine at room temperature using non-phase change physical methods.
2) The desalination of single membrane elements is reduced by 99.3%, and colloids, organic matter, bacteria, viruses and various
heavy metals in water can be removed at the same time.
3) The system is simple, easy to operate, and stable water quality.
4) The equipment is small in size, compact in structure, reliable in operation and high in water quality.

The water treatment system is divided into 4 parts: Pre-treatment, RO unit, sterilization parts and matching parts. RO is the core of the system.

Pre-treatment: Raw water pump, Quartz sand filter, Active carbon filter, Sodium ion exchanger, Cartridge filter, etc. Functions as below:
a, Avoid incrustation generating on membranes surface; ( Includes

Fe3,Fe2,CaCO3,CaCO4,SrSO4,CaF2,SiO2,Fe and Aluminum-oxide) ;
b, Avoid colloidal substance and fluidized bed block up;
c, Avoid organism block up;
d, Avoid microorganism block up;
e, Avoid breakage to membranes from oxidizing substance;
f, Make sure stable water production by RO;
g, Make sure no block up from high hardness;

Technological Flow process:

1st stage pretreatment: Sand filter, replaced every 2-3years 2nd stage: Activated Carbon filter, replaced every 1-2years 3rd stage pretreatment: Sodium ion exchanger, replaced every 2-3years 5th stage pretreatment: Precision filter, replaced every 6months
