Filling head
6 piston heads with anti drip design, one set can simultaneously fill 6 bottles, improving production efficiency, and adopting the method of filling while lifting to reduce bubbles. Each nozzle can be individually controlled, and the shape is also varies according to the characteristics of the material.
Touch screen
Siemens intelligent screen makes machine data clear, easy to adjust, and easy to control with just one click. Equipped with a stop button to protect the safety of workers and machines, and equipped with a complete alarm system.
Bottle block cylinder
The blocking plate will automatically extend to stop the bottle movement. The first one is to separate the bottles to be filled from the next set of bottles. The second one is facilitate the filling head fill the liquid into the bottles. After a set of filling is completed, the blocking plate will be retracted.
Electric box
The wires in the electrical box will be arranged very neatly and all will be labeled for easy checking of the power supply situation.It is very clear and easy to understand.
