When the machine goes an error ?!!
1. met "E10", the causes are sensor on the entrance card false or the entrance is blocked.
2. met "E11", the causes that the sensor is blocked.
3. met "E20/21", the causes are the counting sensor is ineffectiveness or malfunction
4. met "E30", the causes is the motor sensor is ineffectiveness or turned off.
Solution
1. contact our sales for after-sale service.
2. replace the sensor to the new sensor that we sent.
3. remove the block under the guidance of the service.
