Product Description
Shun'an rigid waterproofing mortar is a polymer waterproof emulsion, gelling material, and high-quality aggregate mixed according to a special process. It has excellent adhesion, crack resistance, frost resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and other properties.
It is suitable for anti-seepage, anti-corrosion surface and repair works of steel structures and reinforced concrete structures such as water conservancy, port engineering, highways, bridges, metallurgy, chemicals, industrial and civil buildings.

* Concrete reinforcement of building structure, waterproofing and plugging of civil air defense facilities;
* Seepage treatment of reservoir dams and ports;
* Chemical corrosion-resistant buildings such as hot pools, landfills, chemical warehouses, and chemical tanks;
* Pavement, bridge deck, tunnel, culvert and other concrete repairs;
* Anti-leakage treatment of industrial and civil building roofs, bathrooms, and basements;
* Steel structure and reinforced concrete waterproof;
* Can be applied directly on wet substrates, with good adhesion to a variety of substrates.
Construction method
* Basic surface treatment: Chisel away the old concrete surface and wash it away with water to keep it basically clean and solid.
* Preparation of waterproof mortar: water material can be mixed evenly at 13% -14% and can be used; Stirred mortar should be protected from sun and wind.
* When the paving area is large, mechanical spraying can be used with divided construction.
* The mortar layer must be maintained for 7 days after construction.
