We have very strick QC process to ensure the quality of every single product. There is QC No. on each package so we would know which QC inspector is responsiable for the defacts. All the inspectors are very serious for their work.
We have very safe packaging with the glass products. One of our customers said that they ordered glass products from other suppliers but half of them is broken when arrive Amazon warehouse, and then Amazon refused the broken ones. They lose a lot at that time. This kind of situation won't happen on us, we have very strong protections for the items and we will have full compensation for any broken ones by delivery.
Q1. Can I have a sample order for the dispenser?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, sample fee is around USD20.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 500 units
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for dispenser with filter set?
A: 180 units MOQ, we pack 18 units per carton.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample and small quantity order. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the unit?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer delivery warranty to our products, glass products is very easy to broken but we are responsible for every single one to safely arrive.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
