Modified Tapioca Starch E1414 Pregelatinized
is a type of starch that has been chemically modified to improve its properties, such as solubility, thickening power, and stability. It is made from tapioca starch, which is extracted from the cassava root. Modified tapioca starch E1414 pregelatinized is widely used in food as a thickener, stabilizer, and bulking agent.
